This is great. Disney workers, trying to unionize, created buttons and stickers featuring Mickey Mouse's raised, clenched fist. It's public domain after all! Disney tried to stop them wearing these at work, but there's a law that says companies can't do that, even if they have a dress code, so the unionizers are suing Disney.

The case was brought by #Starbucks over the firing of 7 workers in #Memphis who were trying to #unionize a store in 2022. The company said it fired them for allowing a TV crew into a closed store, while the workers said that they were fired for their #unionization efforts & that the company didn’t typically enforce the rules they were accused of violating.
