We went to the woods and found a dragon 😧

A woodland scene, a mix of slender trees and some larger ones - the photo doesn’t show the tops. They are just coming into leaf, fresh and bright green. Lying in a carpet of bluebells is an old twisted tree branch, with other branches across it and a gnarly lump at one end like a contorted head. Use your imagination to see the remains of a winged dragon that fell from the sky many years ago.

    Yellow Archangel (Lamium galeobdolon) growing in a bluebell wood. The contrast in colours with the surrounding flowers and green foliage was lovely.
