The EU labels it anticompetitive for Apple to deliver vertically integrated services where such deep integrations are not also available to third-parties that Apple must make available and support. The EU also labels it anticompetitive to even delay the release of such services to the EU. The EU fine for a first offense is 10% or global revenue.
