G7 will create a fund to help Ukraine using interest revenue from frozen Russian assets
The fund will be established under the auspices of an international organization, such as the World Bank. The USA, Britain, Japan, and other countries will contribute in the form of loans. Profits from the investment of frozen assets will be used to repay these loans.
