Wet filament very plausible. At the moment I'm sprouting seedlings in the same room, spraying with the mister multiple times a day, AND it's on the bench [next to said plants] because I was working on it lol
I store filaments in ziplocs with silica that came with it, but whatever is on the printer sits out, and this spool was on the printer for a good while after I bought it.
