  1. He was guilty of dereliction of duty while in the military for not reporting what he now claims is a gunshot wound from Afghanistan.

  2. He lied to the park ranger (a federal offense).

  3. He has lied repeatedly to the public with different versions of his gunshot wound(s).

  4. He won't provide details or records of his treatment to verify what happened.

  5. Yet his spokesman has the nerve to claim the ranger was lying?

@Npars01 @GottaLaff Years ago, the GOP (including, with no sense of irony, Trump) rightly pounced on Blumenthal for lying about his military service.

Now the shoe is on the other foot, and they just shrug it off (and, in fairness, this guy is small potatoes compared to Trump's history of serious criming and 30K proven lies). It's what happens when the guy at the top is so bad that everyone around him can also be bad without anyone batting an eye.

@GottaLaff I don’t even get that🤔 if he was wounded in Afghanistan whether by enemy or friendly fire, how do you hide that? If he and his seal buddies were f’ing around, possibly breaking the rules of engagement, or worse, they/he should be investigated now to find out exactly what happened. Call him back to AD and investigate.
