@keoni If that's the case, you need sui generis rules about indigenous knowledge - collectively administered and regulated by first nations people - not the individual, tradeable right that is copyright. There's plenty of ways scraping can be bad (privacy violations, etc), but "it violated copyright" isn't one of them.
