@lowqualityfacts yes, that's why literally Tour named as defranced, like word demobilised. Why we know as Tour de France? It's on telephone wires - some part of the line from Malaysia laying on the bottom of the ocean, so phone sound coming a bit wet. Easy to misunderstand.
