    If I'm not busy being happy or sad, it's usually filled with stress. But the happy and sad parts aren't nearly as often as the stress.😬

    @BeAware Interesting! I don't feel stressed very often. My version of the dino would probably pour me "liquid exuberance"? Eventually it becomes impossible for me to pace myself. Patience is out the window. It's like an emotional overload.

    @kalikiana everyone's body chemicals are different. I do feel exuberant some days. I'd say about 40% of the time, then about 25% I'm either happy or sad. And the rest is stress. It's all about where we are in our lives and what we have going on personally.

    @BeAware Very true. I worked hard on understanding these patterns and realizing when I need a break or change what I'm doing.

    Well. Turns out hormones can turn the whole thing around. Doesn't matter how well I thought I had it figured out 😹

    @kalikiana @BeAware @adhd . I never heard of that. Do others who take Vyvanse find that when it wears off your mood can get unhinged and so can your fatigue rapidly? I find that. I have to remind myself to be aware of those side effects at the end of the day that can be really striking.
