About the burnout topic. I have the same problem getting into detail and not delegating. I also think I got overloaded when I become the one making all the decisions. I took that as a warning that the people I work with were not growing and stepping up - so I looked to change to a new role every 2-4 years. It was bad for everyone if I did not move on.
