Bought a TP-Link AX1880 router to use as a wireless range extender. Have tried a variety of range extenders with marginal results. However, configuring the TP-Link AX1880 router as a range extender had outstanding results.
My home is split design with bedrooms at the opposite ends of the house. All my network equipment is on the South side of the house, and the master bedroom on the North.
The AX1800 extended a TP-Link AX6600 5 GHZ network (802.11ax) all the way to the master bedroom.
