@BeAware Unfortunately, the well of free money from venture capitalists has (mostly) dried up. I say mostly, because they just got another round of free money.
They gotta make money to stay afloat somehow. And the rental stuff is definitely not marketing to the home server crowd. I think it's a safe bet that the $80 I paid for lifetime Plex Pass doesn't do much for them, 4 years out.
