@GottaLaff I wonder if they're holding the immunity decision until after the debate. At least one of them has to realize that giving immunity to a guy who might go on barely-coherent pro-mass-murder rant would be a problem.
I keep hoping at least some of the Dominionists figure out that pinning their agenda for world domination on a guy who is clearly operating on one single, malfunctioning neuron isn't going to bear the fruit they want. Let him go. Start over with someone else in a few years.

@GottaLaff first is the silly content moderation case. 6-3 against the plaintiffs trying to sue everything and everyone for being idiots. Thomas and Alito in the dissent arguing that MAGAts can sue whomever they want because "reasons."
