can we just say it? This was a major, major, screwup and “own goal” by the elected prosecutor.
Completely foreseeable this would come to light, complicate the state’s prosecution, and provide a PR bonanza for the defense. Not to mention, putting a big appealsble issue right into the heart of the case.
Really unbelievable anyone thinks these 2 attorneys should stay on these cases.
