President Biden and surrogates MUST visit different Black communities. @JoeBiden knows well that w/o Black voters he’d have LOST in 2020. There must be an aggressive push, appeal, LISTENING, and education. Tell Black voters what GOP are taking and what you & Dems are GIVING THEM.
