The early Forge era produced a lot of ttrpgs with scripted caring. You create a character with relationships, connections, obligations from the outset.
I like emergent caring.
@PaulCzege I just did a cast interview where we talked about the trauma bonding and found family the PCs in my group went through. The situation was set, but the bonds we formed were organic. I love seeing how the chips fall in that way!
