@Adam_Cadmon1 I (UK person) didn’t know Supersize wasn’t a thing anymore, I’m not sure anyone outside of the US checked after we all heard of “Supersize Me”.

It’s been obvious for a long time though that that doc is bullshit. Wow, do nothing to take care of your physical health (whilst eating a lot of McD). You get sick. Groundbreaking.
Speaking as someone who struggles with lack of appetite or just forgetting to eat due to ADHD meds, I order a large (vegan burger) meal from McDonald’s with sides as a single evening meal on the worst days and I still can’t get close to hitting that calorie ideal.
