I'm not trying to be dismissive, but when I saw the headline, that Zuck had "apologized" and then heard the actual words (I'm sorry that you all went thru this...) that strikes me as something anyone could say to any person who has gone through some kind of difficult situation. For instance, I could say to someone battling cancer: I'm sorry you are going thru this. That's not what I consider an apology.
