@Adventurer for clarification, here's my account there, click the ... On the profile and click "block this domain". That's the most you can do as a user and hope your instance has "Authorized Fetch" on so that the block is honored. Otherwise, if authorized fetch is off, the block might not work and your instance admin would have to block the domain completely.
(Yes I know it looks ridiculous, it's called a public key)
