@auschwitzmuseum I believe the village where Ms. Kolbusz was born is actually called Nawsie Kołaczyckie (jasielski county, bordering a bigger village of Kołaczyce -- hence the name). Your declination makes it sound masculine, while actually it's plural version of Nawieś, which is neuter gender, plural.
