Y'all are not cynical enough. It may be possible they simply didn't have someone go "Don't forget about this" but this little snafu will be twisted by them saying "See? These liberals aren't even allowing Trump on the ballot!"
Even though it isn't true, it's just another thing they will try to use to rile up their voters.
