I think the problem is the reverse, you actually like everything critical, regardless of its quality. Even the outright propaganda, so long as it attacks Biden, you seem inclined to view it favorably.
Any side can make bullshit, and the bullshit you like is no better than the bullshit you don't like. This is what people mean when they say you can do better. Start trying to see through the bullshit of the things you like, too.
For instance, I like Biden alright, but if someone were to criticize his support for Israel, or not supporting Ukraine more while he had the chance, I could agree with that. It's not about sides, it's about the fairness of the proposal. Unless you just want to be an extremist, that thinks nothing really matters so long as you get your way.
