If I'm getting the story straight, first Israel wanted to get rid of #UNRWA, then they tortured some unlawfully detained Palestinians into "confessing" Hamas had infiltrated it, and based on those confessions, they made NATO countries pull their funding from UNRWA. In spite of it being proved, back in the Bush years and the "war on terror", that torture doesn't provide good intel, as people will say anything to make it stop.
This whole UNRWA charade really shows, that "terrorist" isn't a word carrying a specific meaning anymore. It just shows which side has western support, and which doesn't.
As you had previously pointed out, we might as well call Israel a terrorist state just like we did with Russia, but it's not happening. It doesn't matter if Israel kills 50k Palestinians in the coming months, it's all justified by the fight against terror.
