Except for the focus on waterfront real estate, which I find disgusting, I agree with the rest of this quote and it's an understatement. Hamas squandered everything of value in Gaza by focusing on terrorism, suicide bombings, and martyrdom, instead of doing something useful or constructive. What a waste of potential.
I also agree that Hamas will never be rewarded for it's shitty leadership by giving it its own state. Never gonna happen.
