My only complaint here is that the judgement should have had way more punitive fines. A simple refund was not enough compensation for the horseshit they put him through, and is in no way enough motivation to stop the practice of providing misinformation.

Seriously, this guy should have been awarded the refund, all legal fees, and at least a couple thousand on top of that for damages. Anyone who's been on the receiving end of corporate bullshit and tried to fight back knows the extreme stress that can put you under.

Lol the fucking airline went as far as going, "It wasn't us. You can't hold us accountable. It was that guy. He's a totally different entity from us." What a clown shoe response.
