The dumplings didn't turn out as pretty as I like but for a first attempt I'm very happy. They just didn't want to release from the pan.
The prime rib was roasted at 200° F to 123° internal temperature and then reverse seared....

Near my work is a fab little joint. I come on Wednesday evenings a minimum of once per month. Fish is great quality and nice size cuts.
It's about to warm up out of soup season so I made a new one for me. It's butternut squash, cauliflower, lentil soup....
