A loooot of my friends have one. I support them as long as they are happy doing it. It's often their only semi stable income source since the majority are gig freelancers. It's also one of the less risky forms of sex work.
People who subscribe to it are supporting creators, so good for them. Though I personally don't subscribe because I don't have much use for a subscription (I'm hardly sexual) and can support my friends in other ways. But there's no shame in consenting sex work.
Lastly, context matters. If someone is doing it unwillingly it's an entirely different story.
