There was and still is a rich seam of great stuff coming out of Canada. This is one of them, IMO.

This is from Tanya's possibly under-rated album Beautysleep which came out on 4AD. It's a beautiful album, but then again, I think that Ms. Donelly could literally sing the menu from a restaurant and sound great.

New…so new that maybe this doesn't yet show up for you…it's already May 31 where I am. New, but sounding quite familiar.
