Warning about publicity of up and down votes

So Lemmy apparently now has a config setting for admins to view who voted on a post. It'd clearly be pretty easy to construct a tool with which anyone could monitor the information, and someone told me that Friendica displays in to end-users in the UI (although I have no idea if that's true).

Given that, and that most users would probably expect their voting to be private as it is by default on Reddit, is it maybe worth implementing a feature where the first time a new user votes, a pop-up appears that explains that their voting is not private? I can see a few different situations where the mismatch of expectations could lead to an unintended invasion of privacy.

There's a feature request to do the same for Lemmy, FWIW.
