That's great, thank you Richard! I just try to think what a glance at the image would show a sighted person and try to briefly put it into words. Many people will only share image posts with and I think that @FediTips probably has a good link to help with this.

Even a very short description can help if it gives context for people's discussion of an image.

For example a really short desccription for that photo might be "Abstract photo with person looking off to one side, overlaid with close-up of a watch."

You can write a lot more if you want to of course. 🙂
