Senator appears to be the first sitting member of Congress charged with operating as a foreign agent in violation of , the Foreign Agents Registration Act, and allowing him to remain in the Senate creates a massive national security risk.

For the sake of our national security and our democracy, he must be expelled from the Senate.

As of December 2023, the Federal Election Commission has received 59 complaints alleging that Donald Trump or his committees violated the Federal Election Campaign Act. In 29 of those cases, nonpartisan staff in the FEC’s Office of General Counsel recommended the FEC investigate Trump.

Yet not once has a commissioner voted to approve any such investigation or enforcement of the law against Trump, a new CREW analysis found.
