In my country, it is utmost impossible to share our mental health issue with other people.

Why, since mental health is still taboo. When people learn about our issue, they will avoid us like plague and the employment world will be closed forever.

The only way to share my issues is through a semi anonymous Mastodon account.

Note: since English is not my native language, I often edit my posts to make them easier to read or to fix grammar mistakes.

Have any of you ever replied to a random stranger on the internet with whom you had no previous interaction, with one word before proceeding to block them?

If so, have you sought out professional help for this strange aggressive behavior? It doesn't seem normal at all...😳

@BeAware It is indeed very strange. As far as I can remember I had never found such as issue.

May be certain people find one of our posts to be disaggreeable to him / her.

Well, the behavior of our humankind is sometime strange. :D

Medication for ADHD is very important. Exercise is also highly beneficial as well.

Whenever possible, both of them should be combined for the best result in reducing ADHD symptoms.

A genuine question:

If medication is practically impossible in your situation, do you think regular exercise enough to manage ADHD symptoms?

@BeAware Medication is indeed very great.

If it is not too personal, do you prefer Ritalin or Adderall or perhaps other?

@BeAware I am glad Adderall works for you and I wish you will have the right dosage of Vyvanse soon'

Thanks so much for sharing your experience. :D

As an extra, my grandma once called me "devilspawn"

Insert horrifying looks when I tell me friends some "funny stories" from my childhood. :D

Twitter post from @holyqueerit: "How come everyone's getting diagnosed with ADHD and autism, yet they all give eye contact and did well in school?" Because my generation's parents spanked us, used the belt or screamed at us if we didn't, that's why.

@db0 I am genuinely curious. Your post has no any tag, but why does it is on my 'hashtags' tab?

So far I can see three of your posts on the tab.

I am using Tusky.
