Facebook’s algorithm prioritizes pictures over text. So if you have a thought, it’s better to take a screenshot of your words and post that. Turning 150 words and 800 characters into 156kb.

What a waste. Facebook is so dumb.

Which is why I’m complaining pointlessly over here.

@chgowiz i wasn't even born back then, i'm 1983rd vintage :) but my dad used these at work back then and they were still used when i was a kid because our country developed an "eh, it works, why upgrade it" attitude around that time - something that is still present as we still have government-owned machines running win98

    So I picked up the Battletech Alpha Strike Counters pack, and I’m very impressed. It comes with 15 of these cardboard buildings, which aren’t super fancy, but are pretty awesome for a $25 terrain starter pack. Only a few block line of sight for knights, but all of them are taller than tanks or infantry.

    I plan to use these for Battletech, Legion Imperialis, and even Ogre miniatures.
