Pacific Power (owned in part by Berkshire Hathaway) is proposing to raise rates for residential customers by a whopping 21.6%, so that they can pay off their legal fees for having destroyed thousands of homes and lives as a result of their own gross negligence.

For a residential customer in a multi-family home using an average of 650 kWh per month, bills would increase by $18.51.
