Big fan of #Utaite (particularly doing covers of #Vocaloid music,) games, and technology. Unfortunately I've been falling out of anime these days (harder and harder to get into things for me) and don't watch much anymore. I'm also a very slight bit of an audiophile (but limited budgets make it hard to be much of one.)

I despise soft power switches on computers. In fact, not only do I want proper "cut the fucking power to this hunk of junk right now" buttons, I want them to be huge Edwardian knife switches like this.

Throw thew huge lever. An almighty clunk happens. The OS vanishes. The display goes dark.

As the computer gods intended.

@vampiress You know, I think there was actually a way to force modern OSes to the equivalent of the old "it is now safe to turn off your computer" halt screen.

@futurebird @CliftonR @kctipton @justafrog I must apologize to all the carpenter ants I have wrongly accused.

Though after seeing the evil army of the fire ants start a war against them without provocation I already decided to root for them anyway.
