when I see folks publishing open access in glam journals with >€5000 APCs i think, wow, you convinced your employer to buy you a horse 🐎

then I realise, actually you convinced them to pay enough to buy an actual horse but what you got was a PDF hosted on a nature dot com domain

publish & prioritise diamond open access if you can, folks, and just upload your stuff in green OA otherwise

@brohee @jaap @edutooters @academicchatter those are pretty straightforward and expected questions for such a survey, answering them is also pretty straight forward too. the reason you don't know what can be inferred is you aren't the researcher
