This morning at 7:31, ripped Judge Merchan online — before it was public that Stormy Daniels would be testifying — saying, "I have just recently been told who the witness is today. This is unprecedented … No Judge has ever run a trial in such a biased and partisan way."

After about 20 minutes, the post was deleted.

@toxy @GottaLaff this post seems borderline as a gag order violation - certainly I’d be reluctant to make it the basis for throwing him in jail. My guess is the prosecutors don’t complain about this one unless Trump does more and it’s included as part of a group of violations.
