I got asked on a first date on Wednesday...to fly a plane, at sunset, over Downtown Seattle's waterfront.

It was pretty fuckin' fantastic 🩷

(Before anyone asks: Cat and I are still Mastodon's adorable power-couple, and my new pilot friend can out themselves if they feel comfortable doing so)

@alice One of my favorite memories is hanging out with a work friend who also happened to be a pilot. We got way too drunk the night before, picked up Maccas the next morning on the way to the hangar, and took his little plane around Sydney Harbor. Got the controls only briefly, probably similar to you.

Went to a sushi lunch with my mom today, and she had a gift for me. It's a pretty sweet hoodie, and bless her she's trying 🩷

She said "I didn't know what any of the colors mean, but I liked the message".
