I'm deeply interested in stories. They're a core part of the human condition; we tell ourselves stories all the time. That interest drives my hobbies, so I'm likely to mostly post about table-top RPGS (especially Pathfinder 2e), video games, movies, TV shows and books.

    @LeviKornelsen Almost certainly racism.

    I am irked that it's yet another "you have to watch 2 movies (and thus buy two tickets) to actually see the movie" gambits from the studio. I usually boycott such material on principle. This time will likely be an exception.

    Some of you have likely never experienced the purest, truest forms of "RPG as physics engine", like people actually shooting various things to see if the weapon penetration tables are good.

    If you want to bake your noodle, go get the BIG version of GURPS Gulliver for 3rd edition, and enter the world of "Throwing distance modifiers by arm length? Fucking WHAT?"

    @LeviKornelsen "The rules for terminal velocity in Book 4 and in LITE (p 17, sidebar) tell you to multiply terminal velocity by the square root of air density. That should, of course, be divide, not multiply. This will be fixed in a future update."

    Thank goodness. Incorrect air density formulae always keep me awake at night.

    @LeviKornelsen I don't know about Troika, but there have been 3 official Fighting Fantasy RPGs.

    The Bloodsword books were set in the same world as the Dragon Warriors RPG, but used different mechanics.
