@LeviKornelsen Based solely on the description of the game as "absurd, horrible," I feel comfortable concluding it is also impossible to win your game as a good person. So no worries, bases covered!

    @LeviKornelsen For purposes of getting people to play it, the merits of the game in abstract may turn out to be secondary if they commit to running it as the main game once the current campaign concludes.

    It's a risk, for sure, but I kinda feel like Critical Role may have more brand loyalty than D&D at present. And, obviously, from a business perspective it is vastly superior if they can own the game without losing viewers, really irrespective of how profitable the game would be standing alone.
