@rbreich I don't think that's true. I think it's pretty clear that the Court is saying that if Trump shoots someone, it might be within the scope of Presidential immunity, and you'd have to litigate it to find out because the standard is sort of "whatever we say it is", but if Trump orders the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to shoot someone, it's definitely immune because that's a core Presidential power.

Makes total sense!
