21 April 1942 | A Dutch Jewish boy, Abraham Mozes Davidson, was born in Rotterdam.

In January 1943 he was deported to Auschwitz with his mother Kornelia (pictured), father Jacob and older sister Rieca. None of them survived.

12 April 1936 | A Belgian Jewish boy, Sylvain Melzer, was born in Antwerp.

He arrived at Auschwitz on 18 January 1943 in a transport of 610 Jews deported from Malines / Mechelen. He was murdered in a gas chamber.

7 March 1942 | A French Jewish girl, Claudine Ruben, was born in Paris.

She arrived at Auschwitz on 20 July 1943 in a transport of 1,000 Jews deported from Drancy. She was among the 440 people murdered after selection in a gas chamber.

22 February 1942 | A German Sinti girl, Rosemarie Weiß, was born in Braunschweig.

In Zigeunerlager (Gypsy camp) in Auschwitz II-Birkenau from 5 March 1943.
No. Z-314
She perished in the camp on 4 May 1943.
