Jimmy Carter is in exceptional man, a devout follower of Jesus Christ who once lamented that he had impure thoughts. Betcha the orange menace wouldn't even understand what an impure thought is. He certainly would never agonise over having one.

I wish I could offer something useful. Unfortunately, I'm afraid I can't. I see how a form of single state might work if it were accepted by a large percentage of the people. In the US, we have been trying to make blacks and whites get along for 150 years. There is always someone, usually a white man, who wants to start trouble, or even just misunderstands something. One group thinks itself superior to the other. The other feels treated unfairly. Violence results, often tragically.
