i try not to be an accelerationist about anything but i am very drawn to the way tiktok users are changing their vocabulary to get around censorship and it's leaking into common english. it's like saying "gosh" instead of "god" except for talking about death

and there's so many euphemisms for death already that it's very interesting that "unalive" is catching on instead of doing death threats by saying "i'm going to push you off the rainbow bridge" or whatever

@philip_cardella i use patreon and it's generally fine but has the vibe of any other VC funded tech company that it'll collapse under enshittification any day
