Hey players,

If I have the box set for A Game of Armored Combat, with a couple extra Lances of mechs, what should be my next game book? I have no concept of eras and I'm unsure how it even matters either. I just want to make the mechs go pew pew pew POW EXPLOSIONS!!!!.

I could use some assistance.

I want to paint one Lance from A Game of Armored box as Carlyle's Commandos. What should the other Lance be painted? Draconis Combine colors? Something else? I'm not sure what color the mercs who ambushed them were.

@chgowiz Nice! Thanks! I'm still working through Decision at Thunder Rift and didn't recall any mentions of colors on the Mechs that ambushed the Commandos.

What's the verdict on texture palettes for drybrushing?

@chgowiz i don't really know how to describe it. It's a palette that has a variety of textures on it for use when drybrushing, instead of using paper towel or something. I'll include a photo.. maybe that'll help more than my description. But there are YouTube videos about it apparently 🤷‍♂️
