3 February 1907 | Czech Jewish woman, Margita Dolejšová, was born in Olomouc.

She was deported to Auschwitz from Theresienstadt ghetto on 6 September 1943. She did not survive.

Given that the Auschwitz memorial only publishes pictures of Jewish prisoners, am I right in thinking that only Jews were killed in Auschwitz?

It is my understanding that the Germans killed over 17m people in camps, of which 6m were Jewish.

I guess the other 9m non-Jewish are either not important to the Holocaust memorial, or were killed in their own, separate camps and not reported.
