I'm begging leftists to actually bother organizing a bake sale. Please. Just simply begging you.

You can't have a general strike until you have deep on-the-ground organizing, which you don't have. Less calling for general strikes on social media with no understanding of what that means or what that would take

Hint: if your workplace isn't organized, you won't get a "general" strike. Not here.

More baking your neighbors a pie, more talking to your coworkers, more getting involved in politics.

@hrefna my organising has taken a really different turn recently because I got so fed up of the talking and no doing. So, now I am a community organiser, I am friends with an activist food fan (we have given out food on local picket lines). I’m starting a mutual aid fund, and while not quite a bake sale, I do sell soup to fundraise for local conservation groups.
