WATERVILLE - More than a week after the community of Waterville shattered it's previous highwater mark by more than two feet, the level of flooding throughout town is still higher than anything anyone has ever seen.

According to Le Sueur County, flood damage to public infrastructure alone is currently estimated to be about $3 million. That includes about $2 million in damage to infrastructure in Waterville.

Here's an uncommon device. The EXELTEL II terminal. Equipped with a built in 1200 baud modem, it had a very limited test run in Minneapolis and Omaha around 1990 before US West canceled the project. This one is filthy, having spent over 30 years in a basement. But it works and should clean up nicely.

I say the scrub the launch within 2 hours of T-0 because "the vehicle was outside mission parameters" or something,

That may or may not be because a door fell off.
