The truth is uncomfortable. russia has found loopholes to evade sanctions and now is importing large amounts of critical components for its missiles and drones, according to a report by KSE and the Yermak-McFaul International working group. This circumvention fuels russia's war machine. Only robust enforcement and tough export controls can cripple russia's military production and help bring this war to an end.
