Would someone from Germany help me review this?

In my next episode on the Ukraine war, I want to show video of an old Volkswagen. But during quality assurance I discovered, that the car I am showing has some unique lettering on the side which says:

Old speed racer since 1960
7 [iron cross] 10:21

I am not entirely sure about the meaning, and I do not want to display this, if this is something harmful.

Is anyone able to tell me the meaning of this?

Could 10:21 be a bible verse?

@randahl acc to Google 7:10-21 is. The cross seems to me like a simple Johanneskreuz.
